過去に海外のJOHN BUTLER TRIO、フランスのTeteなどのO.A.を務め、FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL、朝霧JAM、SUMMER SONIC、GREENROOM FESTIVAL、Sunset Live、渚音楽祭、パンダ音楽祭などフェスに多数出演。求められれば何処へでも、どこまでもをというのを信念に置いている。

This is the solo project of kim wooyong, active since 2022. Blending warmth with a sharp-edged approach, the project mixes alternative folk, authentic ska, rocksteady, and dub, creating a sound that feels mellow and gloomy, occasionally bright—music that lingers in your ears.
He has previously performed as an opening act for international artists such as JOHN BUTLER TRIO and France’s Tété, and has appeared at numerous festivals including FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL, Asagiri JAM, SUMMER SONIC, GREENROOM FESTIVAL, Sunset Live, Nagisa Music Festival, and Panda Music Festival.
With the belief of “If I’m needed, I’ll go anywhere, as far as it takes,” he continues to perform without limits.

2025年夏。初のサマー・チューン「How are you doing?」を8月9日に。「東京」を8月16日に2週に渡り、配信シングルとしてリリース。両曲とも親交の深いバンドBIG BAD ORGANと共にレコーディング。BIG BAD ORGANは関西を中心に活動するDUB&FUNKなインスト・バンド。元BAGDAD CAFE THE trench townのキーボーディスト・岩井ロングセラーを中心に、bonobosのドラム・梅本浩亘、Black Brass Bottom Bandのトランペット・黄啓傑など腕利きのプレイヤーの編成。この度「How are you doing?」とC/Wに金 佑龍時代の幻の未発表曲「SPARKLE」を収録した7インチをリリース。さらにはPAHUMA名義での初のフル・アルバムのリリースも控えている。
Information
Summer 2025. PAHUMA will release his first summer tune, “How are you doing?” on August 9, followed by “Tokyo” on August 16, as two consecutive digital singles over two weeks. Both tracks were recorded with the close collaborator band BIG BAD ORGAN.
BIG BAD ORGAN is a DUB & FUNK instrumental band based mainly in the Kansai area. Centered around Iwai Longseller, former keyboardist of BAGDAD CAFE THE trench town, the lineup features skilled players such as Hirotsugu Umemoto (drums, bonobos) and Keisuke Ko (trumpet, Black Brass Bottom Band), among others.
Now, a 7-inch vinyl is being released featuring “How are you doing?” and, on the B-side, the long-lost unreleased track “SPARKLE” from his days as Kim Wooyong In addition, PAHUMA is also preparing to release his first full-length album under the name PAHUMA.
