これまでにイギリスやアメリカ、ヨーロッパ、アジアでもライブ活動を行い、FUJI ROCKやSummer Sonic、SXSWをはじめThe Great Escape、MaMAなどのフェスティバルにも出演。特に2023年に行った中国ツアーでは25都市以上をまわり、ワンマンショーで合計2万人以上のオーディエンスを魅了した。その他PhoenixやThe Last Shadows Puppets、MEW、Circa Waves、Wild Nothingなどの数々のアーティストとも共演した。
これまでにYuto Uchinoがレコーディング・ミックス、プロデュースを行った1stアルバム『Days With Uncertainty』(2014)や、共同プロデューサーにBradley Spence (Jamiroquai, Radiohead, alt-J)を初めて迎えた2ndアルバム『There』(2018)、Bradley Spenceに加えて、Jake Miller (Bjork, Arca)を共同プロデューサーに迎えたEP『Wash Away』(2019)、全編Yuto Uchinoのレコーディング・ミックス、プロデュースとなった3rdアルバム『Outer Ego』(2021)をリリースしている。

The silky and smooth voice with a distinctive floating sensation and mellow sound blend together to create a fantastic and dreamy music. The music style is based on indie and psychedelic pop, fused with soul, funk, and jazz, creating a soft and mellow sound that brings a sense of peace. Yuto’ s lyrics give power while accepting fear of growth and change, adding to the unique aesthetic of The fin.'s musical world.
They've taken the stage at numerous venues in the UK, US, Europe, and Asia, showcasing their talent at festivals like FUJI ROCK, Summer Sonic, SXSW, and The Great Escape. In particular, during their 2023 China tour, they staged shows in over 25 cities, drawing a cumulative audience exceeding 20,000 at their solo performances.
They have also toured with numerous artists such as Phoenix, The Last Shadows Puppets, MEW, Circa Waves, Wild Nothing.
The fin. has released the 1st album “Days With Uncertainty” (2014), which was recorded, mixed, and produced by Yuto Uchino, the 2nd album “There” (2018), which welcomed Bradley Spence (Jamiroquai, Radiohead, alt-J) as a co-producer for the first time, the EP “Wash Away” (2019), which welcomed Bradley Spence and Jake Miller (Bjork, Arca) as co-producers, and the 3rd album “Outer Ego” (2021), which was entirely recorded, mixed, and produced by Yuto Uchino.

2014年にリリースした1stフルアルバム『Days With Uncertainty』の10周年を記念して、世界中の音楽クリエイターやエンターテインメント市場などを繋げるデジタルプラットフォーム「SURF Music」とのコラボレーション企画として代表曲「Night Time」のリミックスコンテストを開催。そのコンテストで見事優勝を果たした、BTS、FISHER、Hardwell、Afrojackなどの楽曲を手掛けるUK拠点のプロデューサー、Bad Milkのリミックスを収録した「Night Time」のスペシャル7インチレコードを”RECORD STORE DAY 2025”にて発売。
今作は原曲の爽やかでドリーミーなムードとは対照的で、エネルギッシュで煌びやかなダンスミュージックのリミックスに生まれ変わっている。グルーヴィーなベースラインやディスコ的なアレンジのされたサウンドによって、ダンサブルで多幸感あふれる1曲に。

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of their first full album, Days With Uncertainty, released in 2014, The fin. collaborated with the digital platform "SURF Music," which connects music creators and the global entertainment market, to host a remix contest for their signature track "Night Time."
The contest's winning remix, created by UK-based producer Bad Milk—who has worked with artists like BTS, FISHER, Hardwell, and Afrojack—will be featured on a special 7-inch record to be released on "Record Store Day 2025".This remix transforms the original's fresh and dreamy vibe into an energetic and dazzling dance track. With its groovy basslines and disco-inspired arrangements, it’s a danceable and uplifting piece that exudes pure joy.
