日本のグラビアモデル、女優、歌手。東京都目黒区出身。
1971年、19歳でデビュー。急遽付けられた芸名の由来は「目黒に住んでる花」。雑誌のカバーガール、ヌードモデルとして活躍するかたわら、女優としても内藤誠監督の東映東京作品や新藤兼人監督の『鉄輪』（かなわ）など4本の映画に出演。歌手としてレコードデビューも果たした。初めてテレビに上半身ヌードで出演した女性と言われ、その大胆な行動と日本人離れした容貌で注目を集めたが、ちょうど1年間の活動の後、20歳で引退。
近年は再評価により、再び音楽活動、女優活動を始めている。

Japanese gravure model, actress and singer. Born in Meguro-ku, Tokyo.
Made her debut in 1971 at the age of 19. Her hastily-named stage name comes from the phrase "a flower living in Meguro. While working as a magazine cover girl and nude model, she also appeared as an actress in four films, including Makoto Naito's Toei Tokyo and Kaneto Shindo's Kanawa. She also made her record debut as a singer. She was said to be the first woman to appear nude on TV, and attracted attention for her boldness and un-Japanese appearance, but retired at the age of 20 after just one year of activity.
In recent years, due to a re-evaluation, she has started her music and acting career again.

Information
From Flower Meg's fantastic second album, which became a pioneering cultural icon in the 70s despite being active for only one year, the 7-inch cut includes the Ventures masterpiece "Sasurai no Guitar" (originally by Koyama Rumi) and the pinnacle of Hamakura melodies "Ai no Sazanami" (originally by Shimakura Chiyoko).
