埼玉生まれ、宮崎育ち。オールドールーキー SHIN-CHAN a.k.a. のってけ しんちゃん。忌野清志郎をこよなく愛し、Def Techに敬意を払う男。普段はキッチンカーを営み、波と音楽に人生を預けてきた、生粋のサーファーである。「めげない心」を信条に、謙虚であることを忘れず、“いつまでも平和で幸せでありますように”と願いながら、毎日サーフィンをして、焼酎を飲んで、歌って、笑って生きている。そんなSHIN-CHANが、今から約30年前、友人の結婚式で歌うために制作した楽曲「のってけイージー」。この曲は、サーファーの間で語り継がれてきた“知る人ぞ知るアンセム”正式なリリースが一切ないにも関わらず、多くのアーティストや音楽ファンに愛され続けてきた名曲である。カップリング曲 「雑草」 は、世知辛い世の中に流されず、負けず、雑草のようにしぶとく生き抜く自身の姿を重ねた一曲。長年の待望論を受け、今回ついに 初の配信 & レコード化が決定。アコースティック・ハワイアン・レゲエの心地よいVibesと、まっすぐで嘘のない歌詞が、全国のスピーカーから流れ出す。初回・完全限定プレス。

An old-dog rookie — SHIN-CHAN a.k.a. Notteke Shin-chan. A man who deeply loves Kiyoshiro Imawano and pays respect to Def Tech. He runs a food truck in his everyday life, and is a true surfer who has entrusted his life to waves and music. With an “unbreakable spirit” as his creed, he never forgets to stay humble, wishing that “may we always live in peace and happiness.” Every day he surfs, drinks shochu, sings, laughs, and lives life to the fullest.
About 30 years ago, SHIN-CHAN wrote a song called “Notteke Easy” to perform at a friend’s wedding. Since then, it has become a “surfer’s anthem known only to those who know” — a legendary track that has continued to be loved by many artists and music fans, despite never having an official release.
The coupling track “Zassou” (Weeds) is a song that reflects his own spirit: never being swept away by a harsh world, never giving in, and surviving tough like weeds that keep growing no matter what.
After years of anticipation, it has finally been decided — its first-ever digital release and vinyl pressing. The laid-back vibes of acoustic Hawaiian reggae, along with honest, straight-from-the-heart lyrics, will now flow from speakers all across Japan.
