レコーディングエンジニアとミックスにはAyumu Musha、マスタリングにはRobin Shmidt(24-96 Mastering)、ギターテックとギターアレンジにはYosuke Shimonaka(DYGL)、シンセアレンジ、「Intro +」の楽曲アレンジとしてHiroto Taniguchiを迎えて制作された。1st Single 「Nomal04/Dry」以来久しぶりにメンバー以外のアーティスト達であるYosuke Shimonaka(DYGL)、Hiroto Taniguchiとの作業をしていく中で、自分達だけじゃ出せなかった理想の音を奏でることができた。今までSugar Houseが培ってきた音と、今作から生まれた新しい要素が混ざった現状のSugar Houseのベストを尽くしたまさにセルフタイトルにふさわしいアルバムになっている。
