Sunset Rollercoaster is an indie band based in Taipei, Taiwan. Blending elements of city pop, soul, funk, R&B, and psychedelic rock, the band is known for its sweet, nostalgic melodies and a refined aesthetic centered primarily on English-language lyrics. They have earned strong recognition as one of the leading bands in the Asian music scene. Rooted in a DIY approach to music-making and characterized by a relaxed, effortlessly cool presence, Sunset Rollercoaster has expanded its audience beyond Taiwan to Japan, South Korea, China, Europe, and North America. Through appearances at major international music festivals such as FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL, SUMMER SONIC, and Coachella, as well as collaborations with overseas artists, the band has steadily established its global presence.
