2014年結成、大阪在住のR&Bバンド。
ブラックミュージックをルーツに、それぞれの個性を活かしながらも1つに混ざり合うGroove、
4人にしか出せないサウンドを追及し続け、リスナーを魅了する。
バンド名は、デビュー以前にバンド形態でのSTREET LIVEを行なっており、
大きな音で近所に迷惑をかけていたのではないか？というところから「近所迷惑」の意味であるNeighbors Complainと名付ける。

2015年に発表されたシングル「Now Or Never」、2021年の初夏に発表されたヴォーカルとボコーダーの掛け合いが印象的な「On & On」、同年に配信リリースされたポップ・バラード「After the Rain」、そして本作のために今年７月に再録された人気曲「Gotcha Feelin’」はオリジナルから若干テンポを落とし、無駄を一切排除した構成でグルーヴ感を強調するアプローチが施された。同じく再録された「Life Goes On」はピアノ・ソロなど新たな解釈で展開された。
Neighbors Complainのキャリアの裏側に焦点を当てた全10曲を収録した『Back Side』が遂にアナログ化！
