SAIRU is an all-round instrumental band that creates a comfortable groove with a combination of live band sounds and samples.
Their 7-inch, released in 2016 and immediately sold out, has been reissued to commemorate their 20th anniversary.
Mixed by YASU2000 of origami PRODUCTIONS.
This much-talked-about track references the classic "What Child Is Thi," sampled in Nas's "Nas is Like." Against a tight, hip-hop-inspired rhythm, sweet saxophone, cool flute, and surging synths create a mellow, danceable jazzy groove. The inclusion of a "What Child Is This" phrase adds to the emotional impact! The B-side features a breezy, groovy, sunny, and soulful instrumental. This track also features a sweet, breezy saxophone solo, creating a captivating and comfortable finish!
